if I fail what if people judge me what if I put myself out there and it doesn't work fear is one of the biggest reason that hold people back to actually go after their dreams let me tell you something the truth is that successful entrepreneurs do not start without fear they just learn to go through it and learn to move through the fear in to this's video I'm going to give you the tips on how to overcome that fear when you're starting out if you want to start a business and you you want to overcome that fear of starting whether you are launching a brand you are selling digital products you are starting your journey on being a model you are starting your journey on being a content creator or influencer this video right here is going to help you because by the end of this video you are something that is new to me because I've started a lot of stuff and especially when it comes to businesses because I used to overthink stuff a lot lot I'm worried about people's opinions and scared that I wasn't good enough to even start doing what I'm doing today always been afraid of also failing publicly but I knew that if I wanted to grow my brand and have the business that I dream of and have the career that I dream of I had to push past my fear and just start fast forward to today I have been able to start my own businesses grow my brand to what it is became a model in one so working with brand so I've been able to do all those things because I push through and I push past my fear and I just started doing it I'm going to show you how you are you are going to build that mindset to also start and and get over that hump and that fear of starting this business that could literally change your whole entire life let's start the first one is to reframe your fear as proof that you are growing most people think that fear is a sign to stop but fear is actually a sign it's a sign that you are stepping outside of your comfort zone that is such a good thing because if you are not pushing yourself to step outside of your comfort zone always going to stay stagnant you're going to find yourself in the same place next year and you don't want that if you were not afraid it would mean that you actually are not pushing yourself and you're actually not starting something new something scary something that could actually change your life every successful entrepreneur Creator model whoever that you are inspired to be like they once were afraid but they decided to show up they decided to just start they also had the same fear but they decided that they they're not going to let that fear stop them when you have that fear of starting it is just showing it it is just confirming to you that you are literally leveling yourself up next time that you have that feeling just be like okay this means that I am actually growing okay the second thing is to stop waiting for confidence and build it through action so one of the biggest mistake that people make is that they wait to feel confident you wait to feel confident before you actually start but that is like the worst thing for you to do confidence doesn't come first action does you need to do the action and then you're going to feel confident think about it you just don't wake up one day and you just suddenly know how to run a business you know how to create content you know how to do all these things you know how to start this business like you don't just wake up and you start knowing how to do it you have to do it like that's the only way you're going to learn how to do it and get comfortable and get confident is because you actually started doing it action is what is going to make you feel confident to continue and actually do it the first time that you're going to do something it's going to feel so uncomfortable it's going to feel like oh my God like oh this is so icky then as you keep showing up and you keep showing up and you keep showing up what's going to happen is that it's just going to become second nature to you it's just going to become something that you just do it's going to feel like oh yeah this is just what I do so and then this is the third thing you need a plan you just need to get clear on your first step what is the first thing that you're going to do like just have it all planned out step by step and just take little little little steps cuz that's how you're going to get to the to the Big Goal don't think like oh my God I have this whole business that I need to start be like okay what is my first step my first step is maybe pick a niche after I pick a niche I'm going to decide what service I'm going to give what product am I going to create okay maybe let me have that online presence that I've been wanting to do like maybe let me create that Instagram page that I've been wanting to create all these years and I just never I wasn't able to create my business page so just think about it step by step not like oh my God I have this whole business idea and I don't even know what it's thought I'm so scared what people are going to think you know instead just oh my God there's something in my eye you guys oh my God there's something in my eye eye you guys but I'm just going to I'm going to push through and do this U on like the next small step not like the whole thing cuz when you do that it's going to make it more easy for you to feel more confident to show up and okay Queen I want you to be honest right now and tell me what's the biggest fear that is holding you back right now from starting this business that you've been wanting to do comment worried about you most people are worried about themselves even if someone is actually like judging you they're not paying your rent they're not paying your bills so why do you care so much like this decision that you're about to make and change your whole entire life and you're worrying about somebody else what they think of you babe don't give a [ __ ] because when you are going to be making your money traveling you know living your best life having the money to support yourself and doing that those people they're going to ask you how you started you want to be the authority you want to make sure that you don't give a [ __ ] what anyone thinks of you and things about your decision about starting your business starting your YouTube channel starting your content creation Journey starting so don't care what people think that your future is way more important than what someone else thinks about you and then this is the last one it is to expect imperfection and just thought anyway perfectionism is another thing that makes people stuck um and perfectionism is a fear is fear in dis guys you are never going to feel fully ready you are never going to have all the answers a lot of people don't know what they're doing most of the time I don't even know what the hell I'm doing like this is just me being honest most of the time I don't even know what the hell I'm doing but guess what I just do it and when you do it then you become confident and then you know then you're going to know what to do next you are never going to have all the says you are never going to feel ready you are never going to be ready so you just need to do it just do it because you're going to spend another year thinking about oh my god um I really wanted to start this my business but I didn't get to it because of whatever reason you know because you are afraid to start we are human beings and starting something new is just not the most comfortable thing ever but you just have to do it and give yourself the permission to be a beginner especially if this is your first business that you're starting it's okay if it doesn't work out it's okay your first lunch is not going to be the best
